I lead the team with a unique blend of expertise in property, technology, and crypto and with a big personality and relatable approach my passion is making clients' businesses more profitable while educating them about the 'why' behind the strategies.

I was named in the annual “35 Under 35” list produced by Accountancy Age, identifying the most promising young professionals making an impact. Having also won the prestigious New Practitioner of the Year award at the British Accountancy Awards, reflecting my dedication to innovation and excellence.

Cultural and Marketing Director

As Culture and Marketing Director, Georgina brings over ten years of experience as a qualified teacher, combining a passion for knowledge-sharing with a strong foundation in collaboration and teamwork. Her teaching career developed her ability to build meaningful relationships, communicate effectively, and manage a wide range of projects, skills that continue to shape her approach today.

A core value that Georgina champions is kindness. She believes that creating a supportive, inclusive, and compassionate environment is essential to building strong teams and lasting client relationships. This commitment to kindness is woven into the culture of the company and underpins the way the team works together and supports its clients.



As a carer for her autistic son, Georgina has a particular interest in neurodiversity and is passionate about ensuring that individuals feel understood, valued, and supported. She is an advocate for recognising and embracing different ways of thinking, both within the workplace and when working with clients.

Outside of work, Georgina enjoys spending time in her garden and connecting with nature. Woodland walks are her happy place, providing an opportunity to recharge, reflect, and appreciate the beauty of the natural world.

Head of Quality Control & Compliance

I serve as the Client Finance Director at CCA, where I focus on supporting our corporate clients to further grow their already thriving businesses. My role involves finalising year-end accounts, identifying new opportunities, and helping clients make sense of their financial data.

I began my studies in Sri Lanka, earning the top award in Business Mathematics & Statistics for AAT. I later completed both AAT and ACCA qualifications in the UK and am currently pursuing my CTA certification.

With a background in audit from one of the UK’s top 10 accountancy firms, I have gained extensive experience. Additionally, I successfully managed my own retail business for over six years while studying for the ACCA, giving me valuable hands-on insights into business operations.

Outside of work, I enjoy taking long rides on my motorcycle, and when the weather is favourable, I love swimming in the stunning seas of Sussex.

Hannah has been working in the accounting industry for around five years, gaining experience across a variety of roles. Her work has included conducting onsite audits, taking part in stocktakes (including counting cow passports yes, cows have passports too!), and managing client bank account reconciliations. This diverse experience has given her a well-rounded understanding of the accounting profession.

Outside of work, Hannah enjoys walking her extremely energetic Cockapoo, attending musicals and theatre shows in London, and visiting friends and family across the UK. She has also recently rediscovered her passion for sport after volunteering at the 2025 Women’s Rugby World Cup, which inspired her to join a local netball league where she plays weekly.

As Junior Business Analyst, Rupert plays an important role in supporting the Collective Concept's business software and internal processes.

With a keen eye for detail and a naturally curious mindset, he is continually developing his technical knowledge while building a strong understanding of how the business operates.

Currently studying Mathematics at university, Rupert brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills to his role. He enjoys applying his academic knowledge to real-world business challenges, helping to improve systems, streamline processes, and support informed decision-making.

Rupert works closely with the team to enhance the efficiency of internal systems, ensuring processes run smoothly and effectively. He is proactive in identifying unusual patterns or potential risks and enjoys finding practical solutions that contribute to better business outcomes.

As Collective Concepts' Head of Morale, Petal takes her role very seriously although not quite as seriously as she takes treat distribution and lunchtime walks.

With a natural talent for boosting team spirits, Petal specialises in welcoming visitors, supervising meetings from the comfiest spot in the office, and ensuring regular screen breaks are taken for essential fusses and belly rubs. Her enthusiasm, wagging tail, and unwavering positivity help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for both the team and clients alike.



When she's not hard at work raising morale, Petal can usually be found exploring the great outdoors, perfecting the art of napping, or keeping a watchful eye on any snacks that may have been left unattended.

Petal firmly believes that every successful business needs a little kindness, plenty of laughter, and at least one office puppy.
